I do not know of another state And don't forget the rivers Where I'd rather be Where visitors long to stay. Than this great state I'm living in And many have voiced in parting And that is Tennessee "I'm sure glad I passed this way." I love the stars dearly You will see the cattle grazing And there are surely three Beside a cotton field; That show the Grand Divisions And there's the Grand Ole Opry Of my home-land, Tennessee And a feeling it's all God's will. He kept pacing the bedroom of his and rose talking to himself back and forth about even deciding to go to Tennessee. He had talked to her about it, which was sort of a good idea.. She was fine with it, though a bit surprised. He thought her expressions would be a bit freaked or worrisome. He was really fine with her response though. Emmett thought about packing, but there would be no point in that. He even thought about taking the family. But they really wouldn’t understand, well rose would.. But she was there, the little people in his little family weren’t. He bit his lip, and went on thinking more and more about this. It was the basic things though. WAS he doing the right thing? WAS this even a good idea? IS this something he could even handle? Those are just some of what is head were thinking.
He eventually decided that he would run there instead. It would take a little while, two days max. But to him, it wouldn’t take long. His eyes veered over to Rose. He had a look, more like a ‘are you sure I can go’ type of look. She gave a small smile, and kissed him. That obviously meant her yes. He gave a small smile back over to her and headed down the stairs, which he knew she had followed him. Since he was only going to be running, he didn’t want to make a vacation out of it. More so a trip. He didn’t want to think about packing either.. But he would pack some clothes in a backpack just incase. Emmett grabbed a few things before heading back upstairs, obviously Rose still at his trail. He would just pack a few things, two shirts, pants, ETC. You might want to pack for a few days.. Two mostly if your coming with me. He said softly. She grinned, and got onto her own packing. He gave a grin, knowing now she was going with him.
Emmett finished packing and looked over at her. Ready?
[/b] Emmett bit his lip and took over her hand. He had the backpack on his back now and he headed down the stairs with rose following him. I wanna run… The Jeep can wait a few days for me to drive.. Running would just… calm my nerves a bit.[/b] Emmett spoke quietly. Once outside, Emmett looked at her, giving her a soft grin, which sort of meant to him a ‘thank you for letting me do this, let alone you are coming too, but still thank you’ type. He took off then, running through all the forests and anything he could. They never knew what state they would end up until they would actually reach a little town and ask.. That’s what they were going to do though, eventually stop for a few seconds, ask what town they are in, and run off. There were a few places Emmett wanted to go back in Tennessee. HE didn’t know if they would still be around, but he wanted to know. He had to know. They had to stop for their first place. Really, their running was fast. He was quiet most of the time.. He looked around at the small little town and hesitated a bit. He found someone and had asked them. Obviously he noticed that people, more like ladies, were watching him and mumbling about him. He had a soft grin on his face. So we’re in Elkhorn, Nebraska. Thanks..[/b] Emmett spoke walking back over to where Rose was at.. He could mildly hear some of the talks all the ladies had, well, who ever was looking at him anyways. “He has to be atleast 18. I’d have a chance right?” “No, hes mine. No, he isn’t 18, he has to be 20.” “Is he on steroids or something? Either way, I like the guns he has. I wonder how he is in bed…” That honestly got Emmett laughing. He finally reached over to Rose and gave a wicked smirk.. He ran a hand through his hair, messing up his hat. His hand fixed the hat quickly and he just gave a small smile, that went along with his wicked smirk. His eyes gazed into hers, before he actually said anything about what had just happened over where he was at with the man and all those ladies were looking at him and their own comments. Elkhorn Nebraska.. Did you hear those girls? They are too funny. Besides, I think its only fair you use the jealously charm. I mean after all, I havent seen it in ages.. Emmett spoke to her. He could see her face turning from a angelic look to the b**** side quickly. Emmett gave a small smirk, that’s the rose he honestly remembered. notes ehh. hoepfully this works. codes talkingthinkingotherswords too many song some song about tennessee listeningtoo Conan O'Brien [/size][/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote]

Yeah, you know momma’s and daddy’s want better for their daughters Hope they’ll settle down with a doctor or a lawyer In their uptown, ball gown, hand-me-down royalty They never understand why their princess falls For some camouflage britches and a southern boy drawlOr why she’s ridin in the middle of a pickup truck Blarin Hank Jr. yellin, “Turn it up!” They raised her up a lady but there’s one thing they couldn’t avoid Ladies love country boysOutfit Rose was in Emmett and her room watching him pace back and forth, talking to himself. She was laying on her stomach on the bed, chin rested on her folded forearms. She didn't completely understand why he wanted to go back to Tennesse now, but none the less she would go with him anywhere. She chewed on her lip, just watching him. Rose couldn't help but roll her eyes, she knew he was questioning himself, just by the look on his face. She didn't know why he would, there was no reason to. She thought it was a good idea, and she was going with him so he shouldn't have to worry, but that was Emmett. Rose twisted a strand of her around her fingers over and over again, just waiting for him to say or do something.
Rose raised her eyebrows in a questioning look as his eyes veered to look at her. She could read his face completely, asking if she was sure he could go. She got up, giving him a soft smile, heading over and kissing him. Rose watched as he gave her a small smile and headed down the stairs. She followed after him, not sure what he was doing. She knew she didn't need to worry about him, but he was really quiet and it was new to her as it didn't happen often. She followed him as he grabbed some stuff and headed back up the stairs, Rose hot on his trail. Rose grinned, hearing his voice. Pack for only a few days, ehh Rose would always pack more then that, she had to have choices and a variety. "Okay...." she spoke softly. She headed into the closet pulling out clothes and shoes she thought she'd need, or felt like she wanted.
Rose ran into the bathroom to grab her last few things, throwing them into her backpack. She put it on her back just as he was speaking to her. Rose nodded, looking up at him. "I think so." she spoke softly. She took his held out hand, heading down the stairs with him. He was speaking again, and she looked up at him listening. "Running? Okay, how long?" she asked him. Looking down at her feet she let out a sigh.... No way was she changing her shoes, and if she ruined them, well she could always buy a new pair. Rose smiled back at Emmett as he gave her a grin. They were running then, darting through the trees, side by side. She knew they would stop sooner or later to figure out where they were at, and how much farther it was till there destination.
They were still running, it was completely quiet except for the nature. Neither of them had said anything, and evidently didn't feel the need to say anything either. They finally came upon a small town and stopped. Rose waited over a ways as Emmett went over to ask a group of people where they were exactly. She could see the girls and the group practically drooling over Emmett. She instantly got to her possesive side, as she watched him talking with them. Rose watched as Emmett headed back over with a small grin on his face. Her ears then picked up on the chatter of the girls that he had just been by. “He has to be atleast 18. I’d have a chance right?” “No, hes mine. No, he isn’t 18, he has to be 20.” “Is he on steroids or something? Either way, I like the guns he has. I wonder how he is in bed…” Only she knew the answer to their questions, and she would be the only person who ever did. Emmett had finally gotten to her, she c.ocked her eyebrow noticing his smirk on his face. So most likely he heard the girls as well.
Rose bit her lip as he ran his hand through his hair and fixed his hat. Rose gave him another questioning look as he grinned, and then put the smirk back on his face. She looked up into his eyes, smiling softly. Rose listened as he spoke to her. "Elkhorn? So... how much farther then?" she asked. She then picked up on the second half of his comment. Yeah she heard what they were saying, some of it, and yeah it pissed her off too. She got a more b****y look on her face. She looked Emmett straight in the eyes as she decided what she was going to do. Using her right hand she grabbed the collar of his hoodie, pulling him down to her as she tangled her left hand in the curls on the back of his head. "Mine." she said with a growl. She crashed her lips to his, feeling his hands on her hips, lifting her up. She pressed her forehead to his, looking at him straight in the eyes as she wrapped her legs around his waist. She kissed him again, wrapping both her arms around his neck.

Emmett fixed his hat and looked at her as he came to her. He could see the questioning looks on her face simply. He wasn’t stupid, he could see her looks just by reading her face. Its how he knew what was wrong with her half the time anyways. It came in handy with him. He sighed softly, thinking about what she had asked. How much farther is it? Well, I expect atleast a few hundred miles… But we can make pit-stops remember.. So honestly, I don’t know.. But I have a feeling at least 300 hundred miles. Im still not so sure about it yet babe.. He watched her now, he oculd tell her possessiveness came out then. He gave a small smile and watched her more closely to see what she would be doing. He got pulled down then and kissed her back, his hands sliding down to her hips and lifted her up a bit. He heard her growled word too.. He felt her legs wrap around his waist without even looking down, his eyes were set to hers. He kissed her again, feeling her arms snake around his neck.
His hands rested below her backpack, mainly on the lower lower half of her back. He gave a small smile and looked at her still. Ready to leave this place?
[/b] Emmett asked softly. She gave a small nod, and he laughed lightly. Im guessing she stayed in front of him, cause he turned his head sideways a bit to see the direction he was heading in.. He was forced now to walk human pace until there weren’t any people around to actually see them dart off. Emmett looked both ways, then set Rose down. You can get on my back later… When I choose to carry this bag.. It might be soon. So. [/b] He spoke quietly, but loud enough for her to hear.. Once it was really clear, they were off again. He didn’t know how late they would actually be out. Besides, by the look of this all, they were going through different time zones. So, since it was noon over in Forks, and in Elkhorn it looked about 11, they would get to Tennessee at ten. Well, it was a estimated guess he was thinking. He honestly couldn’t remember. Emmett didn’t have to stop much. But he did for a second.. He took the bag off his back, and just basically held it in his hand. He looked over at her now, giving a soft look on his face. You want on now?[/b] Emmett asked. By the looks at this place they were at, he could tell it was mostly near Missouri, if not Illinois. He was good with directions so, they would be there in no time. She hopped onto his back, and he went off again. Running. This time, he knew where he was going. He just had to make sure he was going in the right direction. He would have to stop again soon just to make sure he was going in the right direction. He sighed softly, but held onto the bag and held onto Rose, though she had herself on him pretty well. Emmett eventually found land, and he had to slow down and stop. He set rose down and put the bag back on his back and made it seem more like he was hiking. He found a small group of people in the town, and this time had Rose near him. Welcome Sir and Miss to Hopkinsville, Kentucky, just near the boarder of Tennessee within ten minutes. Is there a certain place you have to go? Emmett bit his lip softly, but gave a nod. Yeah actually.. Uhm, Gatlinburg, Tennessee. How far is that from here?[/b] The man gave Emmett a wicked look. Few hours actually sir. Mostly four.. Take train it might be six hours.. Plane would be no choice.. Your best choice is car.. The closest town to Tennessee we are near is Clarksville - Emmett had to stop him. He shook his head and looked at the guy. We can get to Clarksville and find a ride.. I should say thanks.. Ready babe?[/b] Emmett spoke lightly, thanking the guy, then walked off with Rose. He honestly didn’t know what to do much. He knew that where he wanted was near the mountains. That’s were the attack had happened. His human memories weren’t the greatest. But they atleast gave him some idea of where everything would be at. The best way for him to mostly remember everything was just by being in the Forest first, then looking over at the small town. Even seeing if he could find his trail that he and friends back then made to get back to his old house.. Emmett sighed softly and kept on traveling to that small town the guy from before told him. Once reading the sign that says where they were. He gave a slow nod. Well, we’re in Tenn. Either we can run or we can find a car.. The choice is yours.. He spoke lightly, then headed off to be quiet now. Once again, he was thinking again… notes apparently i did good this time to myself. codes talkingthinkingotherswords too many song some song about tennessee listeningtoo What would you do? - City High [/size][/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote]
