What hurts the most Was being so close And having so much to say And watching you walk away And never knowing What could have been And not seeing that loving you Is what I was tryin' to do It's hard to deal with the pain of losing you everywhere I go But I'm doin' It It's hard to force that smile when I see our old friends and I'm alone Still Harder Getting up, getting dressed, livin' with this regret But I know if I could do it over I would trade give away all the words that I saved in my heart That I left unspoken
It was a beautiful day outside, most kids were out with him playing or just soaking up the sun. He watched as some of the boys threw a football around. He really didn't like this because they threw hard and there were a lot of little kids around. Alice was inside making lunch most likely and once she called them they would race in for the chow. It was actually quite a scene, 16 kids racing through one door to get food... Jazz laughed lightly and went back to watching them all. Tyler threw the football...hard...it bounced off Reed's fingertips and raced through the air. NAT DUCK! He screamed but it was too late. The football sailed right into her and knocked her out of the tree. It was completely silent as she screamed, Daddy! Not a single kid moved as he raced to her side. Baby what hurts? My arm! Gently he lifted her arm to see how bad it was and blood started to pool on her shirt. He lifted her into his arms and cradled her against his chest. Jacks tell mom to call grandpa and get towels, now! The rest of the kids sat in shock still, Everyone upstairs now. Alice came running out with towels as they all raced up to their rooms. What happened?! Mommy! Jacks threw the football, knocked her out of the tree by accident and her arms broken. You could see the bone sticking out so he knew it was broken.
Alice stroked her cheek to calm her down as Carlisle came around to them. He examined her arm and Jazz laid her down on the ground. She held tight to her moms hand as Carlisle looked at her arm. Jasper, come with me for a minute. They got up and went out of earshot, I have to set the bone back so it heals right. She is going to be in excrutiating pain unless you and Angel can keep her calm. He nodded, ANGEL! She came running out of the house and he squatted down to her level. I need your help sweetie. Nat needs us to keep the pain away. I need you to keep her calm and relaxed, if you can't do it I understand. I can do it. She's my baby sister, I can't let her be in pain. He led her over to Natalie and she sat down next to her. Angel gently took her good hand and held onto it tight. Shh it'll be ok. We're gonna make it go away. Ali, don't let her watch. He cradled her face in his hands as he leaned over her, You only focus on mommy and me. Ok? Nothing else, just mommy and me. She nodded weakly and he nodded to Angel. Nat relaxed in his arms and he could tell Angel was helping alot already. He focused 100% on keeping the pain down as he heard the bone snap into place. Natalie screamed once as a wall of pain slammed into all three of them. Angel shook next to him and he reached over to steady her. Almost done baby, almost done. Her eyes wandered down and he lifted her head back up, Mommy or me. No arm. He wiped away her tears and Carlisle set a hand on his back to say he was done. They sat her up in Alice's lap as Carlisle put a cast on her. She leaned against her mom as they put a purple cast on her arm. Angel collapsed in his lap, she was drained, You did amazing baby. I've got you now. She fell asleep in his arms and Natalie snuggled against Alice.

Butterfly KissesThere's two things I know for sure She was sent here from heaven And she's daddy's little girlAs I drop to my knees by her bed at night She talks to jesus, and I close my eyes And I thank God for all of the joy in my lifeButterfly Kisses They sat her up in Alice's lap as Carlisle put a cast on her. She leaned against her mom as they put a purple cast on her arm. Angel collapsed in his lap, she was drained, "You did amazing, baby. I've got you now." She fell asleep in his arms and Natalie snuggled against Alice. "Jas, maybe Angel should go rest up in her room. Jacks can keep an eye on her for us," suggested quietly so she didn't wake her eight-year-old daughter up. "Hey, Nattie. How about Mommy puts a movie on for you and you can lay on the couch?" Alice asked her youngest daughter. "We watch Bambi!" Natalie exclaimed. "Okay, we'll watch Bambi," Alice replied, standing up with her daughter still in her arms. Jasper was behind her, carrying Angel. He took her upstairs to her and Jackson's room. "Jacks, can you keep an eye on your sister for us? Come get us when she wakes up. We'll be downstairs watching a movie with the younger kids, okay?" Jasper told his son. "Sure," Jacks replied. Jasper went backstairs with Alice and the kids. Most of the kids were on the floor in front of the TV. Alice was sitting on the couch with Natalie leaning against her. She got up when she saw him walk into the living room. She walked over to him and buried her face in his chest. He wrapped his arms around her and kissed her head gently. "How is the little one?" he asked her quietly, resting a hand on her swollen belly. "She's okay, kicking a bit," she replied, smiling weakly. Jasper led her over to the couch and pulled her into his lap. She rested her head on his shoulder. Half-way through the movie, they heard Jackson yell, "Mom! Dad! Angel is waking up!"

Jazz walked back down the stairs and Alice came over to him. He held her close and asked how the baby was. Another one on the way…another girl. She’s okay, kicking a bit, she smiled at him weakly. He led her over to the couch and pulled her into his lap. About halfway through the depressing movie Jackson yelled to them, Mom! Dad! Angel is waking up!
[/b] Alice looked worried as he moved her off his lap and ran up the stairs. Angel was tossing and turning in her bed mumbling, Daddy…no…don’t fall…no! Jazz sat next to her and caught her face in his hands. Angel talk to me, what’s happening? Her eyes snapped open, Daddy…I saw…MOM! Before he could ask what was wrong she flew down the stairs. He was right behind her and watched in awe as Alice tripped. She was headed right for the table with all the pictures on it but Angel was faster. Angel managed to put her hands up and stop her mom from smashing into the glass frames. Jazz ran over and caught Alice as she stumbled backwards. He sat her down on the couch and turned to Angel, Angel how did you know that was going to happen? I’m not sure, I just see when something bad is going to happen…to mom…nobody else. Natalie came over and Angel took her good hand, Can we go nappy? Come on sissy. I’ll tuck you in. Jazz smiled at his daughters and kissed both their heads. Night guys. Angel led her upstairs by the hand and he turned back to the rest of the kids. Alice looked a bit shaken up so he sat down and put his arm around her. How did she know that? She said she saw it… She looked up at him, How? I don’t know baby. His arm was around her shoulders and resting on her stomach as she leaned against him. He could feel the baby kicking and could feel the pain she was getting out of it all. He moved his free hand to rest on her stomach and sent calm waves to the baby. Instantly she stopped kicking and Alice relaxed against him. Thanks. Anytime. A few of the kids were asleep on the floor so he threw down a blanket over them. He really didn’t want to move, Wanna stay down here tonight? She nodded and he slid her so she was on top of him. He put a light blanket over her and she fell asleep almost instantly. Jazz turned off the tv with the remote and fell asleep.[/font][/blockquote][/blockquote]
