I wasn't jealous before we met Now every man that I see is a potential threat And I'm possessive, it isn't nice You've heard me saying that smoking was my only vice But now it isn't true, now everything is new and all I've learned has overturnedDon't go wasting your emotion Lay all your love on me It was like shooting a sitting duck A little small talk, a smile and baby I was stuck I still don't know what you've done with me A grown-up woman should never fall so easily I feel a kind of fear when I don't have you near Unsatisfied I skip my pride, I beg you dear He woke up to find her sleeping across his chest. His head hurt a little but not too bad. He put his hands behind his head gently and looked up at the ceiling. He felt Alice's emotion go to worried and upset. He kept looking up at the ceiling thinking it was just a dream but felt something wet on his chest. Jazz looked down to see her crying but looking away from him. "Ali, honey, did I hurt you?!?" he asked alarmed. She didn't look hurt but he was on pain meds so he could have hurt her; it wouldn't be the first time. She looked surprised as he wiped her tears away.
"Jazz, didn't I hurt you this time? I can tell your head hurts. I am so sorry," she sobbed as the tears started coming again. "Alice, you didn't do anything wrong. Your hold is never too hard. My head is just hurting a little bit, nothing a pain pill can't help." He got out of bed and took a pain pill before she could even object. He pulled her back into his arms and kissed her head. The pain started to fade and he set her once again cold hand on his head, "It helps amazingly again." She kept it there and pulled herself closer to his head to kiss him. "So are you ready to see how our little angels are?" He watched as she nodded. He pulled out the phone and saw that there was a picture and a message.
The picture was one of Jackson on the respirator with his eyes closed. The message was from Esme, 'Hi, guys hope your honeymoon is going good. Jackson is still pretty much the same but he kept crying so Carlisle had to put him into a sedation induced-coma. He can be brought out of it but it was necessary to keep the respirator. Call before you do anything to big please. We love you all and miss you, hurry home.' Jazz watched as Alice started to cry again. "So are we ready to go home now?" Jazz asked softly. He stroked her hair as she cried on his chest. "Yes, I'll call Esme. Can you call the airport?" Alice whispered.
"Sure, babe," Jasper said handing Alice the phone. She dialed Esme's number as Jazz called the airport. "Esme, we're coming home. Either today or tomorrow." "Okay, sweetie. We can have Ed and Bella drive down and meet you in California," Esme replied. "Yeah, that'll be fine. It's about a 3-hour flight, then a 8-hour drive home." "Our flight leaves at 9AM," Jasper told her. "So we should be home around 10PM," Alice added.
"Whatever works for you, dear. They can drop you off at the hospital so you can see the twins," Esme said. "I know. I feel bad for not being there," Alice replied. "They're fine except for Jack being sick," Esme answered. "Yeah, so we'll see you tomorrow night," Alice finished. "Okay, see you then. Love you both!" Esme said then hung up. They packed all their stuff they brought except a change of clothes for the morning. Alice curled up on the bed, wrapped in Jazz's arms.
"Can we go to the airport early so I can get souvenirs?" Alice asked him softly, resting her head on his chest. "Sure, babe, whatever you want. Now sleep," he kissed her. They woke up at 5 and packed the car. Alcie got a sandwich and an orange juice to eat and drink while she shopped. She got t-shirts for the babies, bracelets for the girls, keychains for the boys, and a box of chocolates for Esme and Carlisle. Alice sat on Jasper's lap while they waited for their plane to board. She fell asleep soon after they sat in their First-Class seats. Her head rested in Jasper's lap during their three-hour flight. Jasper had his arms wrapped protectively around her waist.

Jasper had his arms wrapped protectively around her waist. As soon as the plane took off Alice fell asleep. She had her head in his lap and he kept his arms wrapped around her waist protectively. After a few minutes he put his hands behind his had and a flight attendant walked over, "Hello sir. Can I get you anything? Would you like this lady to get off of you?" Jazz chuckled. No she's fine. "I can get her to move, it's really not a problem." No she's really fine. The flight attendant kept going on and on about moving Alice. He was sick of hearing her, You know what I will move her myself if it makes you feel better. "It would make me feel better." Jazz was not too happy that he had to move his sleeping wife. The flight attendant watched in awe as he gently picked up Alice and cradled her in his arms. She woke up and now he was really pissed. What's wrong Jazz? Nothing babe. Go back to sleep I've got you. The flight attendant walked away with her mouth hanging open. After another hour she was back. Do not ask me to move my wife again! She walked away as he quietly yelled at her. Thank god the next hour went along faster than the first. Please fasten your seatbelts for landing.Jazz pulled the seatbelt around himself and Alice. The plane gently landed and he got their carry-on and carried his sleeping wife off the plane. Ed and Bella were waiting for them as he walked off the ramp. They walked over hand in hand. Hey guys can we get to the car please? We need our luggage too. We already have it Jazz. Let's just get going, we have a long drive. Ed turned around with Bella and led the way out. Jazz slid into the backseat of the Volvo with Alice in his arms. After a few hours he felt sleepy and dozed off. The next thing he knew Alice was stroking his face and kissing him. He opened his eyes and saw that they were at the hospital. He opened the door and slid out taking one of her hands in the process. He walked slowly and nervously to the elevator and pushed the button to Carlisle's floor. The elevator was too slow for him. Finally the door opened and he walked with Alice to Carlisle's office. Where is Jacks? Right this way. Carlisle said leading the way. Jazz spotted his son easily and his breath caught when he saw him. The pictures had looked less worse than this. He felt Alice tighten her grip on his hand when she spotted him too. He's going to be ok. Don't you worry. He's a fighter. He said through a tight throat and felt a tear slip down his face. He hardly ever cried, it took a lot to make him cry.[/Blockquote]

Alice whispered, trying to stay calm. Carlisle nodded and opened the door to Jackson's room.
Alice ran in and stood by her son's crib. She brushed his bangs back from his damp forehead. Jasper came to stand beside her quietly. "Can I hold him, please? My little boy!" she pleaded with him. "Sure, it'll take 15 minutes for the medicine to wake up, but you can still sit down and hold him. I'm going to go find Esme, she has Angel. I'll be back in a few," he said seriously. Carlisle turned off the IV and he walked out of the room then. Alice took Jackson gently from his crib and sat down in a chair with him. Jasper kneeled down beside her, holding Jacks' small hand gently. "Angel, slow down! Your parents are going to have a handful You are such a fast little girl," they heard Esme in the hallway. Suddenly, Angel came tottering into the room, giggling. She squealed as she saw them and ran into his father's arms. Jasper smiled at her. "It was supposed to be a surprise. She just started walking really well today. Isn't she adorable?" Esme laughed softly. Jasper picked Angel up and set her on Alice's lap next to Jackson. Angel touched her brother's arm softly as he opened his eyes then. "Hi, baby! Mommy and Daddy are home," she cooed to him. Jackson smiled at her and Alice's heart went out to her sick baby.

He took her in his arms and she snuggled close to him. He was still squatting on the ground watching Alice hold Jacks. Angel was around him and Alice enough to know what to do when something was wrong; she wrapped her arms around his neck and kissed his cheek. He smiled and and kissed her back. Jazz took Angel out of the room and sat against the wall. She smiled up at him as he kissed her forehead. It felt good to be home or at least close to his babies. Wanna show daddy how you can walk? Jazz cooed to Angel. She scrambled off his lap and walked across the hall and ran back to him. He was all smiles as he watched her smile up at him. He couldn't be more proud of her. Let's go surprise mommy! He let her grab his fingers as she walked in the door to show Alice. As Angel toddled into the room Alice started to smile. She leaned down to stroke Angel's face. Jazz offered his arms to take Jacks. She handed him over reluctantly and took his place with Angel. Hey little guy. Did you miss us? We were so worried about you, don't you do that to us ever again. Jazz cooed to Jacks. He loved both his kids so much that it wasn't even funny. They were his world now; Alice included. If anything happened to any of them he didn't know what he would do whithout them in his world. For awhile he held his son and then Carlisle came in. "You two should take Angel home. You've had a long day and need to sleep too. You can come see him again tomorrow." Jazz nodded and set Jacks in Carlisle's waiting arms. He picked up Angel off the floor and wrapped his free arm around Alice's waist. It was almost a perfect picture, it would be perfect when his son was leaving with them. He walked down the hall with his wife and daughter and into the elevator. He felt Alice lean against him and Angel set her head on his shoulder. She was asleep before they got to the first floor. He sighed at how cute the girls in his life were. His only worry was for his baby boy who he missed already.[/Blockquote]

He felt Alice lean against him and Angel set her head on his shoulder. She was asleep before they got to the first floor. He sighed at how cute the girls in his life were. His only worry was for his baby boy who he missed already. They took the Mercedes home. Alice kept Angel on her lap as Jasper drove.
Soon both girls were asleep. Jasper carried both of the girls into the house. Bella and Edward were sitting on the couch, waiting for them. "Jazz, you and Alice can use our cottage for a week since you didn't have much of a honeymoon. We'll be fine here," Bella said as she leaned against Edward. Jasper smiled at her. "Thanks for the offer but not right now. I think we want to sleep in our own room tonight," Jasper replied, heading upstairs.
He carried them up to his and Alice's room. He set Alice on their bed and carried Angel into the study to put her in her crib. Jazz went to take a quick shower and found Alice sitting up in bed then. "Hey, Ali, what's wrong?" Jasper asked, sitting down next to her. "The quads are kicking. Come feel!" Alice exclaimed, grinning. Jazz rested his hand on her stomach and felt them kick gently. "That's great, Ali. They are later the twins moving," Jazz said, grinning at her. Alice leaned against him. She had changed into a nightgown while he was in the shower. Jazz was in only a towel.
Jasper laid down and pulled Alice close to him gently. "We'll go see Jacks as soon as we wake up," Alice said. "Visiting hours start at 8 AM. It's after midnight now. We can go see him around eleven or twelve. We can sleep up with him, okay?" he answered softly. Alice nodded her head in reply. Jasper wrapped his arms protectively around her waist. He kissed her on the top of her head gently. "Go to sleep, Ali. We'll go see him in the morning, I promise," Jasper whispered in her ear as she curled up against him.
They both woke up to Angel crying in the other room. They glanced at each other for a second before getting out of bed and dashing into Jasper's study that doubled as a nursery for the twins now. Alice went over and picked her daughter up gently out of her crib. Angel rested her head on Alice's shoulder, sucking on her thumb. Alice rested a hand on her daughter's forehead. She felt a little warm to Alice. "Jazz, she feels a little warm. Should we take her to Carlisle?" Alice asked him, worried. Jasper took their daughter from Alice. He pulled Alice close as she started to cry softly.

He pulled Alice close as she started to cry softly.Jazz held Alice close to him and Angel was sucking her thumb with her head on his shoulder. He walked to Carlisle's room and knocked. Come on in. Jazz walked into the room to find Carlisle sitting on the edge of the bed rubbing his eyes. I'm sorry if we woke you up...we are worried about Angel. She feels warm to us. Can you take a look at her? Carlisle nodded and held his hands out to take Angel. Jazz handed her over and watched with a worried look on his face as Carlisle looked her over. After a minute Carlisle handed her back, She looks fine to me. Keep her by you guys and watch her carefully. If she gets hotter by morning then bring her back to me and I'll look her over again. Jazz took her back and walked to their room. He laid down next to Alice. Angel cuddled up next to him and fell asleep with her thumb in her mouth. He felt like he missed a bunch of things happening while they were gone. Angel was walking and sucking her thumb, Jacks was in the hospital. His babies were growing before his very eyes. Alice found her way back into his arms without even touching Angel. After a few minutes Alice backed off some and Jazz stroked her face. Angel rolled over and snuggled close to Alice. He watched as Alice stroked her hair until she fell fast asleep. He dozed off after he kissed both of them one last time. He woke up to feel someone poking him in the ribs. It wasn't hard but a little annoying. He opened his eyes to see Angel smiling up at him and poking him. He was worried all of a sudden and put his hand to her forehead. He sighed as he felt her forehead; it felt cool now. He saw Alice was still sleeping so he picked up his daughter and carried her to his study; her makeshift room until they got their own. He walked into the living room and set her on the ground. He laid over her and kissed her all over. She giggled and it made him smile. I love you! Don't you ever do that to mommy and me again. You had us so worried, please don't do that again. He kissed her little belly as he heard someone walk in. Hey honey. How's our baby girl? She's just fine. Just like her mother; absolutely perfect. He kissed alice and watched as she laid down next to him to play with their daughter. This was another good memory, he only wished that his son was here with them.[/Blockquote]

This was another good memory, he only wished that his son was here with them. Angel sat up and pulled on her mother's arm. "What is it, sweetie?" Alice picked her up and set her on her lap. Angel tugged on her nightgown. Alice sighed exasperatedly, giving Jazz a weak smile.
"You hungry, huh, baby girl?" Alice teased her. Angel nodded. "Jazz, can you toss me the blanket, please?" she asked him. Jazz got up and grabbed the blanket off the couch, tossing it to her. Then he came over and sat next to her. Alice pulled the blanket around her and her daughter so she could breast-feed without exposure. Jasper watched the two of them, a proud look on his face. "The day you turn eighteen-months, little girl, bottle time," Alice told her daughter, running her fingers through her blond hair.
Suddenly, a look of pain crossed Alice's face. Jasper looked worried. "Ow, Mary Alice! Let go of me," Alice whimpered handing her daughter to Jazz. She pulled the blanket off her to reveal two small fang marks on her left breast, which was bleeding profusely. That's when Carlisle decided to come into the house then suddenly. "Carlisle, we need your help!" Jasper called him over quickly. Carlisle walked over and took one quick glance at her then. "You need stitches right away. She must nicked a vein," Carlisle said, setting down his doctor bag and taking out a needle and thread. Alice shut her eyes tight as Carlisle stitched her up then.
"You're good to go. I'll take Angel and let her sleep in my room. You two just go and relax," Carlisle said, taking Angel. Jasper swept Alice up and carried her up to the bedroom then. Soon clothes were flying and they were wrapped in each other's arms. Suddenly, there was a knock on their bedroom door, startling them. "Sorry to interrupt," Carlisle said poking his head into the room, "I got distracted and forgot to tell you about Jack. He's gotten worse. His lungs started to fill with fluid so they had to put chest tubes in." Alice's eyes widened in alarm and turned to Jazz. "Can we go see him now?! I need to see him!" she whimpered.

I need to see him!" she whimpered.Jazz nodded to Alice. Carlisle walked out the door and Jazz was dressed in a minute. He pulled on a button-up, jeans, shoes, coat, and hat. He liked to wear button-ups so Alice could rip less of his shirts. (ooc;; i had too ed... at ed's house this morning....soo funn!) Alice was in a dress and flats just as fast as he changed. He grabbed the keys to the Porsche and took her hand. He sped off to the hospital as fast as he could. Jazz's OutfitHe took her hand as they walked up to Jacks room. They caught sight of their helpless baby lying on his back with the tubes in his chest. Alice saw him and turned to hide her face in his chest as she sobbed. Jazz held her for a minute but continued to walk in the room. He held Alice against his chest as he stroked his sons head. Hey little guy. Daddy and mommy are here. You're gonna get better now. Nothing is gonna happen to you. Just get better and come home. He leaned down and kissed Jacks head; it was burning up. His little eyes opened and he reached up to Jazz. Jazz held his sons hand and tried to keep the tears from coming. Jacks reached for Alice now, Ali, sweetie he wants you. She slowly took her head from his chest to reveal tears covering her face. He wiped them away and looked down at Jacks. She held his hand and tried to talk to him but couldn't; the tears just kept coming. Hey my little buddy. When you get home I'm gonna teach you so many cool things. How to play baseball, how to fish, how to ride a bike, how to swim, how to talk to girls, how to avoid shopping with your mom and sister. Alice started to smile at his words. He touched her cheek and kissed her. He's going to be fine Alice. He's a fighter just like you and me. He'll be fine, I promise. She nodded and leaned her head against his chest fighting tears again. He lifted her head to look in her eyes, No more tears...please. For me just don't cry anymore. Can you do that? He whispered to her. She nodded her head and looked back to their baby boy. He held her and watched the machine help his son breathe; this just wasn't fair. He was only a baby for crying out loud! What did he ever do to deserve that?!?! Jazz held Alice close to him as he stroked his sons head. This was just so unfair.[/blockquote]
