Hunting Trip Anyone? {Cullens}

[Jasper Hale]

“My beginning was something else entirely.”

Jasper rose silently as the bell rang. This was one of the few classes he had alone. Alone meaning without another member of his family. He collected his books with his cold, pale hands and packed them away in his bag. It was the last class of the day so the class emptied very quickly, except for Jasper who took his time. He strode from the room, graceful and quiet, barely pausing to send his teacher a fare well smile. The teacher’s face flushed a bit and she sent him a shaky smile in return. Jasper could feel the attraction radiating from her and nearly laughed. Once out of earshot and sight of the teacher he did laugh, a low bass-like sound.

It was raining (as it always seemed to) but it was only a drizzle. Not that Jasper minded the rain, it just made the world so gray. He preferred the drizzle to the pouring rain as well, it didn’t soak him quite as quickly. Perhaps he’d even get to the cars without getting soaked through. Though something told him to doubt that, in Forks you rarely got anywhere dry. He’d learned that the last time they’d lived here.

He was the first Cullen to reach the parking lot, much to his surprise. After all it wasn’t as though he’d rushed to get to the cars or anything. He patted his pockets with long, slender fingers and frowned at the fact that Alice had the keys to the Porsche… As always. He turned and sat gently on the hood of the yellow car, his long legs dangling in front of the headlight on the right side. He let his bag slide to the ground, despite the fact it was damp. “That 's the Cullens for you. The day I find myself in a rush they decide to be slow.” He murmured softly, an amused smile resting on his lips.

Jasper let his eyes flickered to each face and he felt a wave of excitement. That was thanks to all the humans around him, it was the weekend and almost every one of them couldn’t wait to get home. Jasper’s lips formed a small smile, he was going to have an eventful weekend himself. It had been decided that a hunt was in order and as far as Jasper knew the plan was to leave soon… Or rather when the other Cullens finished school. He remained sitting still and quiet while he waited patiently. He didn’t need to wait long before he saw the familiar faces approaching.

[Alice Cullen]

Alice watched the clock anxiously. She taped her small stiletto-clad feet as the seconds slowly passed. She had this class alone with Emmett. She had all her morning classes with Jasper. Either Emmett or Rosalie were in most of their morning classes. In her afternoon classes, only Emmett or Rose had class with her. She had no classes with Bella and Edward, who had managed to get all their classes scheduled together. God knows how they did that, the sneaks.

Alice made a wide detour around the classroom so that she would pass Emmett's desk before she went out of the classroom.
"Get Rose and meet us by the cars. Jazz is going to get there first and I have the keys," Alice whispered as she passed his desk.
She reached the door the second before the bell rang. Alice was quickly out the door and walking to get a few things out of her locker before she headed to the car to see her loving Jasper.

She grabbed the few things out of her locker and hurried to the row of Cullen cars. It was drizzling as Alice stepped outside, which she hadn't predicted. She was wearing a black knee-length skirt and a white short-sleeved blouse with a black vest over it, and all topped it off with her silver stiletto heels. A grin formed on her face when she saw Jasper sitting on her yellow Porsche. Alice ran and wrapped her arms around him. She stood on her tiptoes and kissed him lightly on the lips. She dropped her bag next to his on the ground.

Alice hopped up on the car so she could lounge comfortably between his legs before the others arrived. She pulled the car keys out of her vest pocket and handed them over to Jasper.
"So how was the rest of your day?" Alice asked as she rested back against him. Now to wait for the rest of their siblings and kids, which could take a extremely long period of time for them.....

[Emmett Cullen]

"Get Rose and meet us by the cars. Jazz is going to get there first and I have the keys," Alice whispered as she passed his desk.

He had that timid look on his face, the face that made him look like he was about to attack. Which, in this case, he was if he didnt get out of the school. He clentched his fists together as tightly as he could, trying to restrain himself. He looked up to see alice right there telling him softly to get rose. He gave a tiny nod as she walked out of the room. Only a few more seconds til he would leave the room. Minutes had passed, and Emmett ran out of the room and on his way looking for Rose. In this case, probably at her locker, looking in the mirror on how nice she looked today. He laughed a little and went on his way to find Rose.

Finding her in an instant. She was in her locker, just fixing herself for a primp. Emmett smiled and walked over to her slowly. Meeting her up there, he placed his giant arms of his around her waist and placed his chin on her shoulder, and kissed her cheek. Ready to go? Its time. Em said softly in her ear. He waited softly. Alice is meeting Jazz, which then they will find Bella and Ed. But for now, we go to worry about to get to Alice and Jazz so we can all wait, and go together before anything happens. He added softly.

Looking outside, it was drizzling. Just how Emmett liked it. Not to hard to hail, but not to soft to go off and on outside. He looked back at Rose and peered in her mirror. You look fine, if you dont hurry up, Im going to go on a human spree. And it wont be pretty Rose. Emmett said restraining himself from the scents of humans he can now smell. He scruntched his nose and tried to remain calm.

Rosalie Hale[/center]

Rosalie rushed out of her last class of the day, her only single class, which was rare seeing as half the population of the school is her family. As she rushed past all the other frolicking teenagers her hair blew out behind her, wipping a few of the kids in the face. She headed straight for her locker, she knew it would have to be quick they were all heading out hunting right after school, and not everyone could control themselves as well as the others.

Rose stood at her locker as she finished brading her hair. She put it in pig tail braids to keep it out of her face, as she ran, and to keep it out of all the blood. As she was finished she was surprised by Emmett coming up behind her. "I'm ready," she said as she kissed him softly. She then smiled at him, as she grabbed her books out of her locker. "I know, I know" she said feeling a little bit rushed.

Rosalie playfully growled at him, as she slammed her locker shut. Rose grabbed his hand and squeezed it tightly. "You will not go on a human spree, you hear me?" she said to him, only audible for him to hear. She started walking towards the front of the, school letting go of his hand on her way. She knew they would all need to hurry, it'd had been almost three weeks since they last hunted and they were all getting a bit on the nervous reck side of things.

She spotted Jasper and Alice by the car, she walked as quicky as she could towards the two of them. "Hey you two," she said, "You ready?" she asked them slidding onto the front bumper of Emmett's jeep. She smiled at her siblings waiting silently for the rest of her family.

[Mitchell Cullen]

Mitchell was in a class by himself, the only class he actually had by himself. The rest he had with some member or another of his family. His family... that was a somewhat new concept to him still. He had a family now, an immortal vampire family, just like him. Being a vampire was still taking some getting used to, and resisting the smell of humans was a hell all its own. It got better every day aside from needing to go hunting now.

He glanced at the clock. His usually blue eyes were navy colored, the irritation starting to get to him. When the bell finally rang he stood up and gracefully left the room. Outside it was raining. Mitch loved the rain, the smell of it had been is favorite though that was sort of covered up right now by the smell of the humans all around him. Here in Forks though he was learning that there was such thing as too much of a good thing, it rained so much here. Still, as he got a bit out of the crowd he couldn't help pausing and turning his face up to the drizzly downpour.

He sighed, his eyes closed as he let it drip on his face knowing full and well he was withing view of anyone waiting at the cars. This helped though, his being absorbed in the rain left no room for paying attention to the smells of the humans.

After a few moments of enjoyment he shook his blond bangs out of his eyes and turned to face the car where he saw Jasper and Alice waiting. Technically they were his aunt and uncle with the way everything in the family worked out. Also there were Rosalie and Emmet, his mother and father. It was interesting to think of them that way, especially considering they were physically about the same age as him and went to the high school as well. Surprisingly the whole family had come almost naturally to him, like he'd wanted to fit in which maybe was the truth.

As he thought this he walked over to the cars, a smile on his face and his eyes distant. He stopped there, but his thoughts never were really interrupted. He just slowly sat on the semi-wet ground and leaned back on his hands, closing his eyes and turning his face up into the rain again with a look of contentment.

[Bella Cullen]

Bella hated those days that made her slow. With gym still her last class, it always took her forever to get showered, and ready to get back home. Yet, that wasn’t really going to happen today. The Cullen had a hunting trip they were all going on. So she took her time with the short shower that they all took after gym. Changed a bit quicker, and than stepped foot outside. ‘Humph, rain’ she complained. Wishing that Edward was there now. Though he was posted at the edge of the building, arms around his chest, and resting on the gym building. Walking, more like running, over to Edward, she took his hand and pulled him close to her, pecking his lips before dragging him on towards the lot.

As they neared the parking lot and Bella saw Alice, Jasper, Emmett, and Rose. They weren’t all that late after all. Even after Bella took forever. “Hey” she giggled as she walked up to the others in Cullen family. “I guess now all we need is the kids?” she said, though making sure no humans were near enough to hear. Most were already in their cars or at home by now. ‘Unless of course Rose, thinks its right to leave them here’ Bella mumbled, but was almost sure that all the others had probably heard her though. With their amazing hearing frequencies, Bella almost never was able to mumble or whisper things to herself.

[Emmett Cullen]

He growled softly when she spoke about no human sprees. He took her hand as they did walk out, but soon let go as they hit the doors. They walked over to where jazz and alice was at. Okay, so we're here. Where is everyone else? Emmett said laughing. He looked around as all the humans were screaming about its the weekend. He scoffed a little and looked back over to his siblings and wife. Emmett smiled softly and glared as people looked at him. Okay, so his intimidating look was getting non-restrained. Emmett started growling quietly.

Now he had seen mitchell coming forward. His "son". IT was odd to say it when they looked the same age. All we say, is that their family, as in new siblings. Emmett was over by his jeep, where Rose was sitting on. Mitchell, where are Haley and Kacie? He asked when Mitchell came over and stood there. Now, there were only a few more people to come, then the big hunt would start. Just as he looked around, Bella came around. Yea, we wait for the kids bella. Emmett said quietly for only bella to hear. Mitchell's here. We just need the others. Oh, and hello He added nodding.

Emmett looked at the others. Now bella was standing next to Mitchell. he looked passed them to see if they saw anyone else. Sighing, his attention turned back to Rose and he smiled. I told you, you looked fine, you dont need a mirror to check yourself everyday, thats why you have me to tell you. Emmett said as he seen Rose play with her hair. He rolled his hazel eyes and gave a small nod. Emmett looked back down at his claw like hands, that were twiddling with each other. He sighed softly and looked back up, for that his attention was everywhere.

[Jasper Hale]

Jaspers’ face broke into a small yet loving smile as Alice approached. He let her make her way to him and gently wound his arms around her small body as she placed herself between his legs. He leaned forward and gently kissed the top of her head, his nose getting tickled by her short, dark hair. He took the keys and carefully considered her question before answering. “It went… Well I suppose. Though I have to say that high school is really beginning to get boring…” He told her, his voice a soft whisper in her ear. He looked up and gave Emmett and Rose a smile as they arrived and remained sitting on the front of Alice’s car. “I’m ready Rose,” He stated then smiled at his nephew… Nephew… That still seemed to odd. They looked the same age yet he was his uncle. Nessie was different in that way, he’d watched her grow. Still he felt the bond there, whether Mitchell looked like his nephew or not.

Jasper didn’t really respond to Bella more than a smile. He wasn’t a talker, the family knew that. Besides the fact that Emmett had the questions all answered. So with a contented smile Jasper rested his chin on the top of Alice’s head as he waited for ‘the kids’ as they were called. It still seemed so weird to have more in the family, it was a good weird…. Just still weird. Now he knew why Carlisle and Emse loved them so much. “So any ideas on where we’re going?” Jasper asked, his voice soft. He really felt like a nice big wolf or Mountain Lion at the moment. Something that would put up some sort of fight.

He shouldn't be using his speed like that. He knew people were rushing by and no one would really notice, but Bella...or Edward, would kill him if they knew what he was doing. Moving like a colored blush across the soccer field, using the side of the building to hide his body. He really hated PE, only because he couldn't show his real talents like he could in all the other classes. Sitting around and answering questions and getting barely an A on test was easy for him to pull off. No one really cared about that. He always lied anyway, no one needed to know what he really got. No one needed to know that he got Cs on his final all the time just so he wouldn't be the Valedictorian. He was just like that.

So when he rushed by some girl and made the wind rush by them, he cursed himself. He wasn't that far from the meeting place, and he was sure father would pick up on his thoughts, or the thought sof the students. And Rosalie, or one of the other uncles or aunts might have 'seen' something. Mainly Alice. Ugh...he didn't plane that one really that one really well...oh well, he could do anything about it right now.

With a skidding of his body, pushing his heels into the ground he appeared next to Rosalie and playfully, ruffled his Aunt's hair with a laugh as he looked innocently at the others and arched his back. "Everyone ready for some good ol family fun?"

[Mitchell Cullen]

Mitch glanced up, or over anyways, when his dad spoke to him, the voice breaking him from his thoughts. It took him a few moments to realize what he'd been asked. Emmet was asking him about the whereabouts of his sisters, Haley and Kacie, who had been adopted into the family a little bit before him. "Not sure really. I didn't see them on my way out here, though I have my last class alone and I tend to be very easily.... distracted." he said. Distracted was putting mildly how absorbed he could get in his thoughts.

Now that his train of thought was broken he payed a little more attention the the family members around him which had grown to include Edward and Bella, his other aunt and uncle, and his rapidly moving cousin Calvin who stopped just inches from where Mitch was seated on the ground. He smiled at Calvin's question. "I'm ready. I nearly literally bit someone who was having a debate with me about something in class, so I need to go. Would have ended very badly if I did." Two things Mitchell's personality contained, a stubborn streak and a short temper. They didn't mix well with being a hungry vampire.

Rosalie was getting hungrier by the minute, her eyes were a deep aburn, almost black. Rose stuck her tung out at Emmett, wasn't very mature of her, but he was always teasing her about obbsessing over herself. She was getting even more anxious as Mitchell, Bella, and Calvin rushed up. Calvin tossled her hair, which through Rose over the edge. She growled at him, taking a snap in his direction. "Da** it Cal, don't you dare do that again," she said fixing her hair as quickly as possible.

Rose stood up on the front bumper, she jumped onto Emmett's back. "I'm really hungry" she purred against his neck. Rose was getting restless, the rest the family had better hurry in her mind, or she was starting with out them. Rose was always in control, but she hadn't eaten in almost three weeks, and it was really getting to her. "Can we go yet?" she asked impatiently.

Rose was getting really annoyed with Kacie and Haley, the two of them were always taking thier time getting out of school. She wished they would hurry, she knew the animal blood wouldn't satisfy them for as long as it would the rest of the Cullen's. "When is everyone else going to arrive Alice?" she asked her sister.

Rose held tightly to Emmett's neck, wrapping her legs around his waist. Really Rose could truely hold herself up on Emmett, but she had to ake it look as though she was weaker then she truely was. "Where's Nessie Bella?" she asked, "Shouldn't she be hear already?" Rose rested her her chin on Emmett's shoulder, smiling softly.

Haley sat in her last class with her eyes out the window, not really paying attention. The day had been rather slow for the girl and today she was going to go on a hunting trip with the whole family. Haley loved spending time with them and was rather annoyed. No, annoyed isn’t the right word to use but anxious. Her teacher seemed to be blabbing and blabbing and stuff she really didn’t care about. Her fingers lightly tapped on the desk before her. Then she heard her name being called. Apparently the teacher had caught her not paying attention. Haley rather didn’t mind. She thought the teacher always had it in for her for whatever reason. Well Haley really never participated in her last class, math. She always had hated it and thought it was useless. She wasn’t doing great in the class either. She apologized to the teacher and started to pay attention or ‘look’ like she was anyway.

The bell rang and Haley was up immediately. She drifted over to the door with bags in hand and way before anyone seemed to react. Though it seemed her teacher was faster and told Haley to stay behind. Haley didn’t breathe, now she was annoyed at the teacher but it was her fault. She turned and let out a loud sigh. Her eyes drifted to the students leaving and when they all left, the teacher finally spoke. Haley was facing her teacher but again her eyes drifted outside. She was going to be late. Her family would get mad and Haley was rather thirsty. She teacher was blabbing like he did in class and asked if she understood. Haley’s eyes drifted back. She had heard only a few words from him. Like she wasn’t paying attention, extra help, and stuff like that. Haley nodded and gave him a gentle smile. He let her leave and she quickly went off.

She threw her things in her locker and fixed her hair quickly before closing the locker. Then she ran back forgetting her jacket. She slipped it on quickly, nodding and smiling to a few people on the way. As she made her way outside. She sky was slightly dark and it was raining just a little. Typical day in Forks as usual. Haley walked over to the cars. Jasper, Alice, Bella, Rose, Emmett, Calvin, and Mitchell were the faces she saw. She walked up to them and smiled,” Sorry I am late. Teachers…” She began but shut her mouth. She didn’t want to talk about her problems with them, it was hunting time. She laid against the nearest car and pushed her wavy blond hair back behind her ears. Smiling at her family and glancing briefly to see if anyone else was coming.

[Emmett Cullen]

Emmett laughed his booming laughter as Rose stuck her tongue out at him. Very mature my love. Very mature. He said sticking his tongue back out at her. He looked around and sighed. This was getting very boring waiting. He sighed softly. Kacie and Haley were late as usual. This lead Emmett to become more hungry and growling softly so in the case that humans cant hear him. He knew rose would hear him instantly, since she was right next to him. His fist was clentched tightly, pressuring himself not to go biserk.

Em had felt a big thud on the car, and a pounce on his back. He turned his head and seen Rose on his back. I know rose. Im getting to the point where im about to leave and meet them at the house. Its really getting there. He said silently back to her. If it comes down to that, we can get You and some of the people back to the house to start, and then when the other group comes, they can go, and find a meeting place to make sure everyone is good. Emmett said murmuring it to her again. He looked around to see if anyone was coming. Still no one.

His hands went down to rose's thighs to hold her up, though he knew she could hold herself up. It was the weakness game again. Emmett felt her chin go onto his shoulder. Trying to play the weakness game with me? Well, its working like it usually does. Emmett whispered so softly that only rose could hear. His paw like hand went up to where her hands were and just set itself there while the other hand was holding her up. Looking straight, he now saw a new blond come by. Look Rose, its either Kacie or Haley. Em said softly. As the girl came closer, it was haley.

Haley, not paying attention again? Geesh, just act like it and then just ask someone what you did later. Thats what I did mostly. Your mother - he said softly. Is getting to the point where shes about to attack, And i cant blame her. Your sister is slow. So is nessie. Did you see any of them as you walked out? Emmett finished. He turned his head to see rose smiling still, but only growling a little bit to get the attention and start hunting. Em nodded a little and turned his head back to haley's direction.

Mitchell sighed as they sat there waiting. They were all having so much trouble keeping tabs on themselves. How could certain members of their family take their time? They'd be just as tempted to bite someone as any other member. Then again, certain members had far superior control to that of certain other members.

He stared around the group, couples clinging to each other and acting childish, not that they were really that removed from the teens any of them had been when they'd died. He'd never been much for public displays of affection, not that Forks parking lot was ever very crowded and not that people ever payed much attention to their family aside from noticing that they were drop dead gorgeous. Gorgeous and dead yes, but we didn't drop dead because of our beauty, his thoughts retorted sarcastically. Good thing it had been his own thoughts to begin with or the comment would have been out before he could stop it.

Hayley, One of Mitch's sisters, soon joined their group but Mitch was again drifting into his thoughts, sitting on the ground in the dripping, drizzling rain. Losing himself to those thoughts was the only way he could be patient about this, but it was getting harder to even use those to distract him. His hunger kept breaking its way through, thank goodness most everyone was almost gone aside from them. He moaned audibly, not finding his escape.

"Who all are we waiting on anymore? Kacie, Nessie, Brittany, and Brad right?" He glanced up, giving his parents a somewhat pitiful look of impatience. Mitch was the newest and one of the weakest to the scent of humans seeing as he'd fed on them, regretfully, in the years before the family found him. His control was slowly slipping away.

[Alice Cullen]

"The kids should be here soon, Rose. That is a good question, where is Nessie? Is she with Edward?" Alice answered Rosalie quietly.
Soon after her two nephews Mitchell and Calvin arrived, acting up as always. Bella also arrived shortly before Clavin did. Haley, another of Emmett and Rose's children arrived a few moments after.

Alice loved listening to Jasper talk even though she really wasn't really paying attention to the conversation. She was trying to concentrate and see when everyone else would arrive here.
"Of course, our kids are the slowest today," Alice told Japer.
